Is it really a harmful product in any way?

I find it very easy to stick to Neanderthin, except that I want to eat

Hi Ig,

If you are trying to be 100% paleocorrect in everything you eat, no dairy.

That said, JMO, but I think that *small* amounts of butter and cheese are OK
for me.

I don't know if it is OK for you. Do you feel any differently when you eat a
little butter than when you abstain?

Does it make your gut feel bloaty or your joints achy?

No easy answers:)Robyn
