Ben, do you have any references for seeds causing disease?  I eat seeds
daily and although I've read previous posts to this list re. seeds, I'm
undecided whether to continue to eat them.

Some things are more difficult to give up than others; I want to continue
eating nuts & seeds unless they are really hurting me.
