I don't think so,  i will say there is risk of being poor  and having a
compromised immune system because of not being able to be fed properlly .I
could say also there is risk of eating sterilised foods because if by lack
of chance you ever encounter a bacteria that escaped ,you might be in
trouble .
It can also be dangerous to cross a busy road despite that most often it is
safe , wearing an armour might not be the most intelligent way to minimise
the risk of being run over.

I spent 2 months in india in very rural aeras eating raw whatever and in the
conditions foods  i could find ( from shrimps or fishes  lying on the ground
to any nuts  vegetables and fruits and didn't get one intestinal disturbance
while all the peoples i heard travelling in india had to go to the toilet
for a while (all were eating also cooked ) i also drank water wherever i
could find some when thirsty.
