Half your body weight in oz. in a day. What helps is adding a pinch of
Celtic salt to the water and/or lemon juice. Both makes water taste
better. Urine should be clear - if not, then you are not drinking
enough. Experts say that if you wait until you get thirsty, it is too
late. Try drinking small amounts throughout the day.
