I agree.  Neither is sitting at a computer, arguing the merits of one food over another, with someone halfway around the world from yourself.  Your arguments hold true of almost everything that you do, or eat.
Yes, rice and fruit aren't paleo, if you are talking about cave-man re-enactment.  But I believe that most of the people in the paleo community are not.  I thought we had gotten past that way of thinking.
