One thing that we all have to remember... We all have different
physiologies and metabolic types. I do best when my diet is 75-80% meat.
There is a good book called "The metabolic typing diet" by William wolcott.
It will help you find your paleo macro-nutrient ratio.

OMG!!!!!! 50% of your diet is meat!!!!! I must say, I am really startled =
by that. How do you guys cope? I mean, if I had that much meat, I would =
feel so sick. How can your body digest all that meat without giving you =
heartburn?
Is there anyone who only has about 15% meat in their diet?
