For me, it would have to be the fact they are almost a perfect food. A
perfect combo of protein, fat with a splash of carbs. Speaking of
eggs, I
am buying 4 dozen today from one of my soccer players. (I coach, 3
teams
at the moment) She has 20 laying chickens.  I am getting them for $1 a
doz. yummmmmm
