Chuck,
I have an American Harvest Snack Master. has temp. control, 4 shelves,
can expand to 15 *i think* set it up next to my non-temp control
dehydrator, a no-name.  Got it at a yard sale for $4.  works ok, but
takes 5-6 days to dry, where the snack master took 2 1/2 days to do 10
pounds of beef. hope this helps.
