Well, doesn't that depend on the oil used for packing the tuna? I buy tuna
packed in "pure olive oil" (Cento brand, or health food store brand). The
sardines I buy are Crown Prince brand "packed for the health food industry",
in pure olive oil. No, it does not say "cold pressed". But I thought these
were good choices, and I thought also that the olive oil helps to preserve
the integrity of the fatty acids in the fish. (?)
Also NeanderThin warns of a corn-derived chemical that may be some in
water-packed tunas.
Maybe I should just stick to fresh fish.
