Ben,

  We are in even though we do not eat sugar (except for honey in hot tea)...does
this mean fruit is out for two months also?  We were planning on increasing
protein and dropping out the high glycemic fruits, vegetables and honey.  I
think we can do it for 2 months after the champagne toast on New Year's Eve
night.
