It isn't a bad idea, if you want to try a more "natural" stance, to put a
block (brick, etc.) on each side of the throne to raise your feet a bit.
You can adjust the risers to whatever height suits you and your poop chute.
This position is also touted by the Hippocrates Institute in FL - a raw food
