        Other books you might want to read include "Meat Three Times a
Day."  While it is not a diet book, the authors recomend a pre-industrial
American diet - which meant eating meat in large amounds with little or no
grains, with an apple being considered a rich dessert.  My mom went AWOM
(absent without meat) this weekend and packed salads for my lunch, so
perhaps I am a little overevangalistic today.  Still, meat is the essence
of human life.  It's value cannot be overstressed unless you are talking
to someone suffering from Kratar-Willis disorder (lack of lack of
hunger; a sever nuerological disorder).
