Does anyone out there in paleoland have any experience vacuum
packing foods, ie, does vacuum packing jerky and pemmican yield
indefinite shelf life? (By the way, I have a friend who used to
be a taste tester for Twinkies. She said that the shelf life for
these was 12 years!!!! Too bad they don't preserve us in the same
way.)
