Hi Maddy,

I am enjoying your message re: celiac disease.
I sent your latest post below to my brother who probably has celiac disease
since the rest of the family has it. Because he refused to get tested or
eat gluten free, he has had removed: part of his small intestine, large
intestine, small bowel and appendix. The doctor had not ever seen such
degeneration.
I sent him your message but 5 years of emails have been in vain.

Thanks to all for the apple preserving information too! So far the apples
are keeping ok outside and we have lots of maple leaves with which to wrap
them here in Maple Ridge, BC!
