I've reviewed this somewhere but don't recall where.  I now have a need 
to get this matarial as well although I expect that with some effort I 
could dig it up again.  As I recall, the study includes patients in the 
final stages of cancer for which all other options have failed, and the 
ketogenic is have a very significant effect in the majority of them.  In 
this case as I recall, there were NO carbs allowed of any kind.  Cancer 
cells seem to need glucose and don't work well or at all with ketones.
