Yes, This works best but I like to try these idiosyncracies once in a while
to see how I tolerate it.  I'm sure it's a saturated fat thing with me and
you're right about the queasiness.  My favorite is cold leftover fish with
nothing else.  Go figure this one.  If the fish is hot and fresh it's
difficult to get my fill and I crave carbs, but first thing in the morning,
cold,  I get sated easily with no cravings.....  weird....  Oliva

I found that eating lean protein (like chicken breast and a little
fruit) as the first meal of the day works best for me. I can and
do eat fattier meat later in the day, but if in the first meal makes
me a little queasy.
