Thanks...Thats what I thought, but isn't it something that you can eat in
it's raw state?  Or am I missing something here.  I knew it was stored as a
grain, but just happened to wonder why we couldn't eat it fresh.  With
summer coming, corn on the cob and picnics kind of go hand in hand.  : )  Oh
well, I've got some will power to start building up.
