I was already thinking in this way to used www.dole5aday.com and the GI list to
describe every food that the two databases had in common, as in, what is the
glycemic effect of ONE serving of the food, not 50g worth of free carbs worth
of it (which is hard to translate to servings in ones head.  If people want
this list, I will format it for text and upload it to this list.  Just say so.
