I think I'll add something on NeanderZen to my paleofitness site.
Sort of like starting my own religion -- oh, no! :-)

Sort of ironic, it seems vegetarianism is coupled with some types of
Zen practice in history  - and I am as carnivore as they come. But
Zen's way of liberating yourself from convention works here when
that convention is the last 10000 years of grains and other inedibles.
