Well - for me, the question relates to my general diet rather than to just
meat.  I'm a type A and - when I was trying to be a good vegetarian - I did
have some difficulty with meat (mainly beef) when it was occasional rather
than daily. (No, i don't think it was due to "guilt" - more a rebellion of
the gut ;)

When I eat protein heavily ( every meal, every day) - no problems at all.
