There is nothing wrong with the concept of fast food.

from the point of view of the customer it can be perceived that there is
nothing wrong with the concept of fast food .
To serve , on the front scene ,a fast meal to the hurried "gulper" of
whatever is exciting ( cheaply )the taste buds require the
industrialisation uniformisation centralisation of food production .

<not take long for entrepreneurs to come up with a complete fast food menu
<only
<with a sharpened stick.

<Certainly beef jerky, kipper snacks and berries all qualify...

meaning feed lot , overfishing then fish farm, pesticides ladden monster
berries nothing to be compared with paleo type food...

In nature food production is never fast nor fat or centralised
monocropping on acres and acres) or quickly produced ( fertilised , use of
hormones ... chicken ready in few weeks )
If there is something important for the health of paleo peoples , it is
certainly that they didn't have to control time and space in such forcefull
manner like we feel obliged to..

It will be good to make the effort to sharpen a stick and go gathering a
little just to have a sens of how much patience and willingness of spending
energy is required to just get a meal.( a very satisfying one i will admit)
in nature or even in a farm.
The fast food industry made us believe that just few dollars and a stuffy
meal are needed to get the food problem out of the way.

I am afraid that the paleo way of eating ask more of us than just switching
from grain to meats.
