Ooops, my fault.  I was just flying thru her post and I noticed the "Graves
disease/hypothyroid" heading.  I just caught the "/hypothyroid" part and
didn't pay that much attention to the Graves part.  In that case, any of my
thyroid advice would be horrible for someone with Graves.  Thanks for
correcting me.
