Has anybody here done an extended water fast (2 weeks or longer) and
if so, how did you break the fast?

Hi Kristina,

I don't think an extended water fast is safe unless you've worked up to it
and also have medical supervision. Two weeks is awfully long for a normal
weight person and you could get electrolyte issues. Unless things have
changed, I recall you being at the slender end of normal weight range. I
don't know the climate you live in but if it's a hot one, I really think you
might want to consider finding a local healthcare practitioner to guide you.
Unless your body is already somewhat acclimated to fasting, I think a two
week water fast could cause more harm than good but if you are determined
to try this, it would be prudent to get local supervision by a healthcare
practitioner.
