Yes, but can each and every one of us eat fruit once or more per day and GET
trim? Maybe. Fruit makes me feel bloated at first, followed by ravenous
hunger pangs and, in many cases, an insatiable desire to take a nap. So I'm
sticking with meat and veggies with little if any fruit. That's what works
for me. Even if I could eat fruit and lose weight, I know I'd feel more
tired with it than without it and I prefer being on my toes.

If fruits weren't pumped up with God-knows-what to make them bigger and
sweeter than in the wild, it may be different. But considering what's out
there in the bustling, modern world, I save fruit for rare treats.
