Agreed.  I'm still trying to gain weight so I make blueberry/walnut muffins
with natural applesauce as the sweetener and almond flour instead of wheat
flour.  Do the same thing with dried cranberries.  BTW, the almond flour
calls for a shorter baking time than wheat.
