I got my lab results today when I had my physical. In the
past I have always run either at the upper end of normal or
higher in the cholesterol category. Here's the results:
Total Cholesterol 187
HDL 45
LDL 126
Triglycerides 94

My Nurse Practitioner wanted to know what I'd done to bring
the blood levels into balance and to lose 22 pounds. I told
her...I had taken Neanderthin (V2) with me. She's asked to
borrow it...she's interested!! I told her about some of the
changes I've found with V3. She told me to keep up what I'm
doing because it obviously works for me!! She did ask about
the amount of protein I'm eating and I gave her a
guesstimate. She felt it was reasonable. As a precaution and
to give us a baseline, she had more blood drawn to check
kidney and liver functions. Because I am at risk (heredity)
for osteoporosis, she wants me to take a calcium supplement
and recommended one with a fairly low dose level. I'm
willing to do this...at least for now.
