Well, my friend has gone Paleo, too, but not quite as strictly as me. So I
roasted a small turkey, rare, made a big salad, and a dessert of apples,
pears, dried apricots and raisins soaked in spices in a bit of sweet wine.
But the stuffing was the big success: zucchini, two kinds of mushrooms,
celery, onion, garlic, lots of fresh herbs, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, a few
dried shrimp, eggs, and some wine. It was wonderful, and a lot like
"regular" dressing in the taste, but full of flavor and totally non-starch.
I guess the success was that it was exactly the same kind of stuff I always
eat, but it still felt and tasted like a holiday meal because of the
preparation.

Now I get to eat the leftovers for a few days:)

ginny and Tomo, who got the neck and giblets, raw, of course

All stunts performed without a net!
