Cavegals and guys,
I think we have to keep things in a proper perspective here.  It's just
short of impossible to "reinvent" the purity of paleolithic era food.  We do
the best we can with what we have and tweak the diet as it suits our needs.
I find that vegetables and meat work for me with berries as my dessert.  The
simpler the better, ie, organic, natural, etc..... I can't worry about the
fact that what we have today is not the food of our ancesters.....
BTW.....  Good to be back, been in Az. for the past three months.....  Hello
