One study on high breast cancer rates among the wealthier women in one New
England town found that two factors differentiated the wealthier women from
those of more moderate economic status. The two factors were the use of dry
cleaning and the use of professional gardeners who used more artificial
fertilizers, herbicides, etc. Lots of chemicals that appear to mimic hormones.
