Dori,
What are you doing to finally lose again. In fact, anyone else out there
who's actually losing weight --Tell us everything. My doctor has me taking
glucophage although I don't have high glucose or high insulin or high
triglycerides -- he's having me use it 'off label' -- been doing it for about
3 weeks and so far, nothing, nada, not an ounce. Supposed to lower my
appetite -- but my appetite isn't really out of hand in the first place. I
suppose it should make whatever insulin I have more efficient, but it's doing
nothing for weight. Because of my high cortisol I'm actually adding a few
carbs back in -- don't want my body in gluconeogenesis overdrive.

Namaste, Liz
