On the other hand, it would certainly be possible but probably not a good 
idea to eat meat from a scavenger animal such as pork "raw and with a 
stick", as the paleo saying goes.  Do wild animals eat raw pig or boar meat? 
Animals that chew their cud have better balanced fat profiles as well. 
Maybe there is something to it...
