I have learned more on support groups such as this than from medical 
doctors and was able to save my life  and the lives of my children 
with the information. All this without going out of the house!
I told the doctor about Celiac Disease and the Paleodiet.

I have Neanderthin and The Paleo Diet. They are excellent and fun 
except I question Cordain's use of canola oil and wine in his recipes.
