We are here because we ate paleofood during the paleolithic age. If we had  
eaten SAD we would be extinct.

Cheating on the diet is much less tempting if you can get enough tasty  
animal fat. I've taken the advice of at least one of the ladies on this  
list by making bone broth from marrow bones. It works for me.

Me too, but I have the advantage that such things interfere with my  
heartbeat, so fear keeps me on the path.
Think of what these foods are doing to the baby. "You are what you eat"
