Thanks for posting the diet and herb info.  I'm wondering whether or not
you drink green, oolong, white or black tea as all of them purportedly
possess anti-cancer properties.  Also, do you emphasize a particular kind
of fat in your diet ie monosaturated (olive oil) or saturated (coconut
oil)?  Just curious.

I know that Dr. Ron Rosedale advocates a low-carb paleoish type regime
although according to his website, he consideres saturated fat to be
a "bad" fat.  Since his book isn't out yet, I e-mailed him asking for
references/studies which indicate that dietary saturated fat in a low-carb
context is in anyway harmful and never heard back from him. Since I believe
you mentioned that you had gone to his clinic -- do you recall if he gave
any explanation as to why he feels saturated fats should be de-emphasized?
