I have read that uric acid levels get too high when too much animal protein
is
consumed.  The kidneys can't handle it, and it will eventually be deposited
in
the muscles, where it can cause rheumatism.  Maybe your body is more adapted
to a diet that contain less meat.  There are peoples who eat very little
meat
in this world, maybe you are more like them, then your more ancient
ancestors.
Maybe your kidneys need a rest to heal from your past, before they can
handle
all the meat.  If you already have kidney stones, perhaps your kidneys need
healing.
