Phil, RyKrisp is not paleo and this is a paleo group. I am not
advocating RyKrisp but my daughter seems to not have a problem with it
so I give it to her in lieu of bread. Wheat causes asthma with her. I
think any asthmatic should eliminate wheat, corn, dairy and carbs for a
few months and most would get better.
