I haven't seen anything to convince me that industry produced
meat is not appropriate (the difference practically doesn't matter)
except for perhaps some missing omega-3 fatty acids.

As for roots and bulbs, I eat some turnip, rutabaga, jicama, but
not potato 'tubers'.
