Both of the above plus true (preformed) vitamin A and vitamin D (the vitamin
D complex as opposed to just D2 or D3 used in most supplements and fortified
foods). These nutrients perform countless vital functions in the body.
E-mail me for a copy of an article I just wrote on fish oil for a magazine.

PS. I have a paleo article due out in the Sept. 2000 issue of either Gym or
Burn magazine (I forgot which of the two will run it). It should be on the
stands by late July or early August. It's tentatively titled: Is There a
Paleolithic Prescription in Your Future?

I also have two paleo articles tentantively scheduled to run in two other
men's fitness type magazines (based on interviews I did of some men from
this Digest). Another one on Ketogenic Diets for Athletes may also run.
I'll let you know when I have dates and other exact details.
