I had an ELISA blood test done - it's not the first one. I had already
suspected the pork because I would get a lot of water retention in my legs
an stomach after eating it but I was surprised about the chicken and beef.
There were more foods, like wheat and dairy which I don't care about from a
paleo standpoint but which make it hard to eat out, but the proteins that
showed up really bummed me out.

I just found out that I am intolerant to chicken, beef, and pork

how did you determine this?
