A friend donated to us some antelope burger.

This is ground meat, my question is, does the butcher add something in?

I seem to recall a butcher who processes wild game told me a long time ago,
that he added beef fat to deer burger because deer burger was so lean.

Do any hunters out there know if they add something to the ground antelope,
venison, or elk?

The name of the butcher is on the package, I wonder if I need to call in
each case?

I want unadulterated antelope burger with nothing added.

Mary
