Kristina, extraction's is probably the healthiest/safest option. The 
alternative is a biological root canal, which a minority of 
holistic/biological dentists do. They're MUCH safer than conventional root 
canals. I can send you some websites re. the dangers of root canals if you 
want to contact me offline.

I can't remember where you live but, hopefully, there is a good 
holistic/biological dentist near you.
