also to takes in accompt that encounter with salmonella most often doesnt
even lead to any symptoms . i will eat with full trust eggs "infected "with
salmonella .i have been exclusivelly eating raw unrefridgerated eggs for 15
years and periodically since childhood ate "oeufs a la coque "( with raw
yolk )..
i never had any problems with salmonella .

to not forget that healthy carriers of viruses bacterias and parasites are
the norm in the natural world and symptomatic ones the exception ..

so much money and damages have been done since the fear of "germs " entered
the consciousness that it is more than time to denounce it .( see the
article about infections and autoimmunity )
