I have to recommend Neanderthin to you because it's user friendly in
language and food.  The mechanistics will appeal to the older set and in
their childhood years they probably ate closer to paleo than most as there
was not much in the way of cereals other than whole rolled oats in the
supermarket aisles.  Atkins is too greasy for their digestion and the bits
and tidbits of other diets will turn them off.  You can only do so much with
their age group.  They're very set in their ways so don't be worried or
offended if it falls by the wayside.  Oliva
