I like this.

This is perhaps the best ideological statement of the "paleolithic
diet"  -- but some it seems to me sometimes
default to the idea that cooked meat
violates this -- which is not the case (to repeat again):

Or perhaps I would put it: I feel a closer (mystical? :-)
