First, sorry for all the questions! I am awaiting the 4th edition of Neanderthin to buy it, meanwhile I can't find the book in my area's libraries. I learned a LOT just by being on this list, and I promise not to ask stupid or too obvious questions! :) But:

Anyone knows of a salad dressing recipe that ISN'T olive oil based? I'm not a big fan of olive oil taste. I looked through the recipe archive and everything is made with it.
Short of using homemade mayo, any suggestions?
