Hi Patti,
Well I had a chance to finally see the article today and was surprised to
say the very least.  Apparently Boyd Eaton was interviewed for the article
and the menus that were printed must be from him, because they do not
resemble the diet that JoAnn and I eat.  JoAnn was misquoted in the
article. She said that she did not say that "she switched to the *leanest*
meat she could find." JoAnn and I both spent a lot of time praising Ray and
the NeanderThin diet to the author of this article, and  we feel deeply
saddened that she chose to omit both from the article.
