I read that the teflon coated pans are not safe. Teflon has fluorides in it.
I threw all my teflon pans away.

But like jean claude said, many of us cooked on them in the 60s and in my
case, 70s, 80,s etc into the 90s. It's like the vax, sadly I did not know
any better.

Now, I love my cast iron pans and would never part with them.

On another topic, lupus, Ray mentioned that the person could drop the
grains, dairy, etc and adopt a paleo diet.

Why is it that most (not all) adults with an autoimmune condition like
lupus, who adopt a paleo get healed, why our vaccine nuked kids even on
the paleo diet, can't digest, still have pancreatitis,,hypothyroid, etc. It
is very frustrating. There is nothing wrong with my son's brain, he is NOT
autistic but he is full of autoimmune disorder that just won't go away.
