That is an interesting point because i don't see separation between
neocortex (reason)and more "primitive part of the brain (instinct ) they
are complementary apparatus to process
informations.
The instinctive regulation of eating doesn't limit itself to the
informations given by my senses of taste and smell , the memory have a big
part to play in attraction or repulsion, the memory of my bodily feelings
after meal (consciously or inconsciously registered) might have a say on my
future attraction ( wanting to reproduce goods experiences or to avoid bad
ones)
And it happens quite naturally that i am becoming more aware of the effects
of fruits , and that i loose interest and attraction for fruits when i eat
animals fats.

>When you say you prefer raw veggies or raw animal fats--what does this
>mean? You prefer them by smell and taste

YES cooked meat have never been an attraction to me , in France we are used
to eat the meat rare or even raw(steak tartare) and i used to eat lot of raw
"charcuteries" and the cooked ones were attractives because of the
seasonning (les andouillettes for ex. made from tripes
I used to really enjoy cooked vegetables (i have been vegetarian for12
years) and now they don't smell appealing, bland in comparaison of their raw
counterpart.

Then comes the ideation that, oh modern fruits are

I really believe that we will have to question the apparent benefits and
improvements ,brought by the agricultural revolution, on our food supply
(fruits veggies and meat)
And that we might come to the conclusion that eating wild ,smaller, but
richer versions of the domestics foods was better for our health and
satisfaction of taste.
It will be a long process but i am allready leading in that direction with
my taste, i am becoming less interested by bland foods(too sweet fruits,
like north americans grapes ,are bland to me, no flavour just sugar ,) and
want the strong vibrant characteristic taste of wild foods. (wild grapes or
even wine grapes have a real aroma)

from my past vegetarians years i saw how cooked starches (like grains) were
stopping me to enjoy fruits (that i started to appreciate when i quit
grains)

Animal foods never lasted for more than a couple days good

YOu seems to say that fruits were stopping you to enjoy meats?is it so?

>>MOre fats seems to me leading to less need for sugar too.

>Since humans are quite metabolically able to thrive in ketosis, I am not

CAn we really get sugar only from ketosis?
 Interestingly, Aajonus Wonderplanitz,
>another raw food guru advocates a diet of mostly raw animal foods
>(including raw dairy). Fruit is very limited (but honey isn't>

WHy aajonus fans can't let go of direct sugar like honey despite their high
fat protein diet?
Why can't you go without fruits or cooked foods for more than few days?
May be the sugar is needed?
