Hi All,

I would like to understand the problem with using vegtable oils, such as
sunflower, that come from seeds which are, if I am understanding paleo eating
correctly, considered ok.

Also, what about cooking in oil - olive, animal or otherwise - is that
harmful?

I am a beginner with all of this and on a steep (and exciting) learning
curve. I am really appreciating the information I get from all of you.

Susan
