This is my opinion, but who cares if it is considered Paleo or not. If you
crave an occasional treat or something different, you should go ahead, as
long as it won't lead to some kind of binge.  I think that the way you eat
should be seen as a long term commitment, not as a temporary diet. If any
way of eating is TOO restrictive, the chances of sticking with it decrease.
